Word came down that Echo Park's former City Sip space (which had sat dormant for many months) would be turning into a new indoor-outdoor wine bar concept known as Bar Bandini.
Bar Bandini is named for local writer John Fante, whose protagonist Arturo Bandini roamed Los Angeles.
